Jazz Live Music Concert - IfCM Collective

This Sunday evening of jazz features the IfCM Collective along with classic Stave & Hoop cocktails and fare.  The atmosphere for the event leans more concert, meaning guests are asked to remain courteous during the live performance.  Dinner service will begin when the doors open at 5:00p with food orders being taken only through 6:30p.  Servers will respectfully and quitely serve cocktails through-out and there will be a formal intermission.

The IfCM Collective is a versatile group of performers and serves as the showcase ensemble for the Institute for Creative Music (a 501(c)(3) non profit). They perform original songs and arrangements on the cutting edge, combining strong grooves and detailed composition with avant-garde improvisation. The IfCM Collective features jazz musicians trombonist Nick Finzer (Anat Cohen Tentet, Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra), alto saxophonist Caroline Davis (Lee Konitz, Angelica Sanchez), bassist Matthew Golombisky (Pedway, Tomorrow Music Orchestra) and drummer Chris Teal (Mingus Dynasty Quartet, Chris Teal Trio). The Texas-based non-profit organization returns to Montana for the first time since 2016 thanks, in part, to the support of a grant from the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund and donations from members of the community.
